They say it is a good idea to start projects from a young age. Nine-year-old Lim Ding Wen has taken this advice to heart by adapting his first application to the iPhone. His app, which allows users to draw various shapes and colours using their fingers on the iPhone's touchscreen, has already reportedly been downloaded 4000 times already since it was uploaded about two weeks ago.
According to Asiaone.com, the youngster - who added he wrote the application in just 'a few days' - adapted the app to the iPhone after writing it on his computer at home. Spending around two hours daily writing applications, Lim Ding Wen has learned a variety of programming languages and written a number of other applications over the years. A promising start indeed at such a young age! You can read the full interview on the Asiaone.com website. |
